Revolutionising how employers and educators engage with each other in Fife.

The aim is to help and support our young people to make informed career choices, become inspired and ultimately hired.

What is DYW ?

Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) is the Scottish Government’s Youth Employment strategy to better prepare young people for the world of work.

The employer-led Developing the Young Workforce Regional Groups set up across Scotland are connecting employers with education.

DYW Co-ordinators

The main role of DYW School Coordinators will be to support senior management in the school to embed the Developing the Young Workforce Strategy and other employer offers within the curriculum. They will create and implement a structure for employer engagement which reflects the schools demographic and maintain a robust network of partners within the local business community.
